The selection of capacity depends on the dosage of SBR, mixing 30% of SBR, its capacity is the same as natural rubber; mixing 50% of SBR, its capacity can be appropriately reduced.
Styrene-butadiene rubber mixing heat generation is large, the temperature rises quickly, so the mixing temperature should be lower than that of natural rubber. Matching agent in the styrene-butadiene rubber is more difficult to mix and disperse, so the mixing time should be longer than natural rubber. Mixing with the open refiner better roller, but easy to pack the cold roller, so the front roller temperature should be lower than the back roller temperature 5 ~ 10.C. Need to increase the number of thin passes and supplemental processing, in order to facilitate the uniform dispersion of the matching agent, with the mixing machine mixing should be used in two sections of the mixing, the capacity should be smaller. Mixing time is too long, plasticity change is not big, but will produce gel, affect the physical and mechanical properties. The discharge temperature should be lower than 130℃.
