Segmented moulding method

Firstly, the raw rubber is moulded for a certain time (about 15min), and then cooled and parked for 4~8h, and then moulded for the second time, and then moulded for several times until the plasticity requirement is reached. It is an effective method when the plasticity requirement of plasticised rubber is high and the purpose cannot be reached by one time plasticising or thin pass plasticising. High production efficiency, high plasticity and uniformity of plasticised rubber, widely used in production; production management is more troublesome, covers a large area, is not suitable for continuous production. According to different plasticity requirements, generally can be divided into two plasticising or three plasticising. For natural rubber a section of the plasticising rubber Vickers plasticity up to 0.3 or so, two sections of the plasticising rubber up to 0.45 or so, three sections of the plasticising rubber up to 0.55 or so.
