Usually the selection of vulcanising pressure should be based on the formulation of rubber, plasticity, product structure, etc. From the process consideration, the general principle is: plasticity is large, the pressure should be small; product thickness, the number of layers, the structure of the complexity, the pressure should be large; thin products pressure should be small or even available at atmospheric pressure. High pressure and high temperature will accelerate the thermal degradation of rubber molecular chain, so too high pressure will make the rubber performance reduction, textile structure will be destroyed, while high pressure on the equipment is also very high requirements. Pressure is too low to achieve the purpose of pressurisation, but also make the products produce lack of rubber, blistering to hole, spongy and other quality problems.
Vulcanising pressurisation is usually carried out in the following ways.
1) Hydraulic pumps are used to transfer the pressure to the model through the flatbed pressure vulcanising machine, which in turn transfers it to the rubber; 2) Direct pressurisation by the vulcanising medium (e.g. steam)
2) Direct pressurisation by the vulcanising medium (e.g. steam).
3) Pressurisation by compressed air.
4) Pressure injection machine.
