Oil resistance aging: Immerse in the target oil for 72 hours (or longer), and test for changes in hardness (△Shore A ≤ ±5) and tensile strength retention rate (≥80%). Low-temperature elasticity: TR test (e.g., still able to rebound after -40°C x 24 hours). Field validation
Simulated operating conditions testing (e.g., 500-hour durability test), and check for leakage (e.g., hydraulic system < 1 drop per minute).
