With the increasing requirements of environmental protection, automobile diversification, rubber recycling, and material heat resistance, further cost reduction has become an important direction for the development of automotive rubber products.

Sealing products account for 25% - 28% of the weight of automotive rubber parts (excluding tires). Recently, EPDM adhesives with ozone resistance and weathering resistance have been widely used in automotive door and window seals, and gradually replaced traditional NR and CR adhesives. Each vehicle can use various weather strips 10 - 15 meters long. In order to further reduce the cost and appearance, foreign manufacturers have used TPE materials to manufacture automotive window seals.

Rubber seals are a kind of universal basic element in sealing devices, which play a very important role in the contradiction between leakage and sealing, and solve the problems of leakage and sealing in the process of human conquest of nature. It has been promoting technological progress and is an important way to prevent and reduce environmental pollution.

The function of the rubber seal is to close the gaps where the oil overflows in the tank chamber, and prevent dust, sand and other dirt from invading the tank chamber. A cause burnt bearings, broken gears, broken drive shafts or other serious failures.
As an emerging industry that is rapidly rising in my country, environmental protection machinery will open up a new market area for the hydraulic pneumatic seal industry. In the development of automobile and petroleum industries, in addition to oil resistance, rubber parts also need to have good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure, oxygen resistance and other characteristics.
