Rubber products to increase the performance of various types of auxiliary measures introduced

In order to achieve the use of performance, but also in the production process to increase the auxiliary measures.
1. Increase the strength with a hard carbon black, mixed with phenolic resins;
2. Increase abrasion resistance a - with hard carbon black;
3. High airtightness requirements - a less volatile components;
4. Increase heat resistance - a new vulcanisation process; and
5. Increase cold resistance - a through the debranching of raw rubber mosaic, reduce the tendency to crystallisation, the use of low-temperature resistant plasticizers
6. Increase the flame resistance - do not use flammable additives, less use of softeners, the use of flame retardants (such as: antimony trioxide).
7. Increase the oxygen resistance, ozone resistance - a pair of diamine protective agents.
8. Improve the electrical insulation a high structural filler or metal powder, with anti-static agent;
9. Improve the magnetism a strontium iron oxide powder, alumina nickel iron powder, barium iron powder and so on as filler;
10. Improve water resistance - a lead oxide or resin vulcanisation system, with low water absorption filler (such as barium sulphate, clay).
11. Improve oil resistance - a full cross-linking, less use of plasticisers.
12. Improve the acid and alkali resistance of a more filler.
13. Improve the high vacuum a small volatile additives;
14. Reduce the hardness - a large number of filling softeners.
