(1)Reclaimed rubber is cheap and stable cost of rubber products, mainly affected by the price of natural rubber and synthetic rubber, and the price of reclaimed rubber is only 1/4~1/5 of the price of rubber, mixing part of the reclaimed rubber in rubber products can greatly reduce the cost of rubber products.

(4) Expansion and contraction of unvulcanised rubber products The expansion and contraction of unvulcanised rubber mixed with reclaimed rubber is much smaller than that of unvulcanised rubber with only new rubber during processing, which makes it easy to process, and gives the finished products accurate shapes and sizes.
(5) plasticity stabilisation which is an important quality feature of recycled rubber. Natural rubber lacks considerable uniformity in plasticity and other properties, and plasticity grows rapidly after moulding, but the plasticity of recycled rubber after moulding is very little affected. This characteristic receives the effect of easy processing and maintaining the uniformity of the product.
(6)Good vulcanisation flatness, small vulcanisation reduction The rubber mixed with recycled rubber has the characteristic of difficult to change the vulcanisation speed, and also has obvious vulcanisation flatness. Vulcanisation reduction is a softening phenomenon caused by oversulphur, but the recycled rubber compounds have almost no such tendency, so in the new rubber and with recycled rubber, can make this tendency to reduce.
(7) Oil resistance, aging resistance with the recycled rubber vulcanisation compounds with excellent oil resistance, this is because the polarity of recycled rubber is greater than the polarity of ordinary vulcanised rubber. With the recycled rubber rubber products with the aging resistance is generally good.
