Rubber extrudate is not smooth reasons and solutions

Cause.
1. Improperly designed mouth shape
2. Poor fluidity of rubber material

Solution.
1. Improve the design of the mouth
2. Proper moulding to prevent the rubber from burning in the press (machine cooling), replace or thicken the screen.
