Calendering: It is suitable for manufacturing simple sheet and plate products. It is the mixing of rubber through the calender pressed into a certain shape, a certain size of the film method called calendering. Some rubber products (such as tyres, rubber cloth, hose, etc.) used in textile fibre materials, must be coated with a thin layer of rubber (in the fibre coated with rubber is also known as sticker or rubbing rubber), rubber coating process is generally also completed in the calender. Fibre materials in the calender before the need for drying and dipping, the purpose of drying is to reduce the water content of the fibre material (so as to avoid water evaporation blistering) and improve the temperature of the fibre material to ensure the quality of the calendering process. Soaking is a necessary process before hanging glue, the purpose is to improve the bonding properties of the fibre material and the glue.
