Introduction of rubber chemical foaming agent

Mechanical blowing agent is the most commonly used class of blowing agent, it is good dispersion in the resin, decomposition temperature is narrow, the gas produced is not easy to escape from the bubble hole. Commonly used are azo, nitroso, sulfonyl hydrazine and so on. Azo class is the most commonly used class of organic blowing agents, of which azodicarbonamide AC is the most widely used class of azo class of blowing agents, AC decomposition temperature can be adjusted by the foam promoter, generally adjustable to 150 ~ 205 ℃ range. Nitroso foaming agent is the second largest foaming agent after azo class.
