Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Most versatile, offering excellent abrasion resistance, oil resistance, and cost-effectiveness. Black in colour. Suitable for most industrial environments.
Silicone Rubber (SIL): Food-grade, scratch-resistant, and heat-resistant. Transparent or white in colour. Softer texture, ideal for fragile surfaces, high-temperature environments, and food packaging.
Polyurethane (PU): High abrasion and tear resistance. High strength, commonly used in heavy-duty and high-wear applications.
Fluorocarbon rubber (FPM): Resistant to high temperatures and chemicals. Expensive, used in extreme environments (e.g., electroplating, spray painting workshops).
Natural rubber (NR): Excellent elasticity, but not resistant to oils or ageing; now less commonly used.
