2. Vulcanization time:
The length of vulcanization time directly affects the quality of products. If the vulcanization time is short, the product will be impervious to maturation, colorful, easy to be white and not durable; if the time is too long, the product will The relationship between temperature and time must be made according to the thickness of the product and the type of rubber, and thick products must be vulcanized at low temperature for a long time. If the time is not enough, the product will be stuck on the mold, and it will be difficult to remove it by digging and washing the mold, the mold should be closed again. 3.Machine pressure:
It is the set pressure of molding vulcanizing machine, which is controlled by pressure gauge and computer. Enough pressure can make the rubber pressed into the mold completely when the mold is closed, and eliminate the bubbles caused by the trace moisture of the rubber when vulcanizing, and control the product bubbles with the exhaust. The size of the pressure excitation is related to the shape size of the mold, the mold is small, the pressure excitation should be reduced accordingly to prevent the mold and the flat plate of the vulcanizer from deformation. When adjusting the pressure of the vulcanizer, the maximum pressure should not exceed the maximum pressure of the vulcanizer, otherwise the machine will be damaged and so on. Empty mold without pressure (except injection mold) is an effective measure to protect the mold cutter and prolong mold life.
4. Rubber shape and molding vulcanization method:
It refers to the shape of the rubber preform, which can be long, small square, or in a circle. The thickness, length and width of the rubber must be close to the product. The closer the shape of the rubber is to the product, the shorter the flow time of the rubber in the mold, the shorter the flow distance, the thinner the edge, the less the amount of rubber used, and the higher the qualified rate of the product;

6. Operation speed:
It refers to the operating speed when vulcanizing the rubber and taking the product.
