Reasons for air bubbles in automotive seals

Bubble cause analysis
( 1 ) mixing rubber in the mixing of additives dispersed unevenly.
( 2 ) more impurities in the vulcanising agent, small molecules of impurities in advance into the decomposition, bubble residue products.
(3) mixing temperature is low, there is water, water evaporation is not clean, high temperature when the rubber in the open machine with sulfur when sulfur is easy to melt, or burnt.
( 4 ) The rubber material parking time is not enough or no parking on the production and use.
(5) The rubber is not uniformly heated, and the surface is not smooth when it comes out of the mould.
( 7 ) Rubber in the opening machine, hot refining, the surface wrapped in air, out of the rubber has a nested air phenomenon.
(8 ) not fully vulcanised, not cooked look bubbles.
(9 )The temperature of the rolls of the refiner, the temperature of the rubber supply in the hot refining and the temperature of the rubber discharge in the extrusion are not strictly controlled, and there are bubbles on the surface of the semi-finished parts.
