After the rubber material enters the extruder to form the rubber mass, in the process of rotating along the space of the threaded groove while moving forward, it is further softened and compressed, so that the gap between the rubber mass is narrowed, the density is increased, and the rubber mass is stuck to each other. As the rubber is further compressed, the barrel space is filled with rubber. Due to the relative motion between the barrel and the screw, the rubber is subjected to shear and stirring, while further being heated and plasticized, gradually forming a continuous viscous fluid.
