(1) Packaging Requirements
Sealed Packaging:
Do not open the original sealed bag (e.g., vacuum pack) until it is opened.
Unused seals should be resealed in self-sealing bag or aluminium foil bag after opening.
Isolation protection:
Avoid direct contact with metal parts and sharp objects to prevent scratches or deformation.
Store rubber of different materials (e.g. NBR, FKM) separately to prevent mutual contamination.
(2) Storage posture
O-ring/gasket:
Put it flat or hang it to avoid long term extrusion and deformation (prohibit to hang it by wire string).
Oil seals/rotary seals:
Keep the original shape, can be set on the special mandrel or placed flat on a flat pallet.
