At present, the production method of O-shaped rubber sealing ring is still mainly used in the production of moulding method, in which the vulcanisation method of moulded products mainly has three kinds of flat plate moulding, transfer moulding and injection moulding. Plate moulding method has the longest history. Transfer moulding began to be used around the 1950s, while injection moulding has been gradually introduced into the rubber industry by the plastics industry since the 1960s. The current trend is towards the development of injection moulding, but due to the different scope of application of each method, the coexistence and development of the three methods is still a challenge. The coexistence and development of the three is still a reality. o-ring according to its characteristics is still the main moulding method of flat plate moulding. In the moulding vulcanization process, must strictly correctly grasp the vulcanization temperature, time and pressure, and always pay attention to the vulcanization process of temperature and other parameters of the changes in the situation, to deal with, otherwise it will result in the product under sulfur or over sulfur. If an automatic control system is used, the whole vulcanisation process will be automatically recorded and controlled to ensure that the product reaches the degree of positive vulcanisation.
Vulcanisation temperature is one of the basic conditions for the vulcanisation of rubber O-Ring, which directly affects the speed of vulcanisation and product quality. High vulcanisation temperature, fast vulcanisation speed, high production efficiency; low vulcanisation temperature, slow vulcanisation speed. Vulcanisation temperature is based on the formula, the most important of which depends on the type of rubber and the vulcanisation system used. The most suitable curing temperature for natural rubber is generally 143℃-150℃, synthetic rubber is generally 150℃-180℃. The vulcanisation time is usually determined by test according to the determined vulcanisation temperature. Rubber products in the vulcanisation process pressure, the purpose is to make the rubber easy to flow, full of cavities, to prevent bubbles in the vulcanisation process, to improve the denseness of the product. The size of the vulcanising pressure depends on the hardness of the rubber and the size of the mould. Rubber hardness, mould size, the pressure can be larger, on the contrary, the pressure should be appropriately reduced.
