High/low temperature resistance: Fluoroelastomer (FKM) or silicone rubber (VMQ) is used, which can maintain elasticity in the range of -50℃ to 200℃, and adapt to the complex temperature change underground.
Corrosion resistance: Nitrile rubber (NBR) or EPDM has excellent acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, resistance to groundwater and chemical erosion.
Ageing resistance: Carbon black, antioxidants and other fillers are added to extend the service life and avoid embrittlement and failure after long-term use.
High Physical Properties
High strength and abrasion resistance: Polyurethane (PU) or hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) material, hardness of Shore 90A or more, can withstand the scraping of knives and rock debris impact.
Resilience: Optimisation of the molecular structure through the vulcanisation process ensures a deformation recovery rate of >90% after repeated compression, maintaining the sealing compression force.
