Vulcanising speed and foaming speed should be matched. One must not be substantially faster than the other.
Vulcanisation speed is too fast: the foaming agent can not be successfully broken down by the strong mechanical force of the vulcanising rubber will be the rubber foam.
Vulcanisation speed is too slow: the blowing agent in the rubber completely or nearly and completely unvulcanised state of the decomposition of the gas will be rubber foam, but at the same time the rubber surface is also broken by the gas, so that the surface of the hose is uneven or there are air holes.
