① Physical properties: fluoroelastomer has good mechanical properties, good tensile strength and hardness, but the elasticity under normal conditions is poor.
② heat resistance: fluoroelastomer has good heat resistance, 26-type fluoroelastomer can work at 250 ℃ for a long time, at 300 ℃ can work for a short time. Fluoroelastomer performance changes with temperature is greater than silicone rubber, its tensile strength and hardness are significantly lower with increasing temperature, to 250 ~ 260 ℃, the downward trend slows down.
③Corrosion resistance: fluoroelastomer has high chemical stability, is one of the most resistant medium of all elastomers; it has good resistance to organic liquids of various hydrocarbons, only intolerance of low molecular esters, ethers, ketones and some amine compounds.
