Dispersants mainly improve the dispersion of carbon black and other powders in rubber. The use of dispersant in rubber can accelerate powder dispersion, prevent sticky rollers, reduce scorching and shorten processing time. This polymer fatty acid ester is not only helpful for powder dispersion function. It also has the function of plasticizer. It helps to improve the fluidity of the rubber.
Dispersant product use:
1 )Improve the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber material and speed up the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber processing; improve the process performance of rubber mixture in press-out, calendering and adhesion.
2 )It can improve the uniform dispersion of sulfur in the rubber and prevent the rubber from burning.
