Key to material selection
NBR(Nitrile Rubber):Economical and general purpose, oil resistant but not ozone resistant, used for general industrial equipment.
FKM (Fluorine rubber): high temperature/chemical corrosion resistance, suitable for metallurgy, chemical and other harsh environments.
PU (polyurethane): high wear resistance, suitable for mining machinery and other heavy dust scenes, but hydrolysis sensitive.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene): low coefficient of friction, used for precision instruments, but poor elasticity needs to be used with elastomers.
