Extrusion moulding of rubber products

Complex rubber products, such as tyre treads, hoses, and metal wire surfaces need to be manufactured by extrusion moulding. It is the plasticity of the rubber mix, into the hopper of the extruder, under the extrusion of the screw, through a variety of mouth shape (also known as the sample) for continuous modelling of a method. Before pressing out, the rubber must be preheated to make the rubber soft and easy to be extruded, so as to get the rubber products with smooth surface and accurate size.
