What are the requirements for the rubber used in the production of styrofoam?

①The rubber should have enough plasticity, the plasticity of the rubber and the density of sponge rubber, pore structure and size, starting times and so on have a close relationship. Sponge rubber rubber chi plasticity is generally controlled above 0.5. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the plasticising of its raw rubber, especially natural rubber, nitrile rubber and other Menny viscosity of the raw rubber, should be used in three or four sections of plasticising, thin passes as many as 40 to 60 times. Matching agent in the rubber material should be divided to teach uniformity, there shall be no agglomeration phenomenon, and shall not be mixed with impurities, otherwise it will cause uneven size of the eyelet, bulging large bubble phenomenon. It is best to make the mother glue, parked for a day after filtering, and then add foaming agent and vulcanising agent. After all the mixing of the rubber, at least 2 to 7 days before use, which is conducive to the dispersion of the matching agent.

② The foaming rate of the rubber material should be matched with the vulcanisation speed, which is the most important technical key in the production of sponge rubber (see the section on vulcanisation system).

③ The heat transfer of the rubber material should be good, so that the inside and outside of the bubble hole uniformity, the degree of vulcanisation is consistent.
The pressure generated inside the rubber material during foaming should be greater than the external pressure.
