The primary moulding method, also known as wrapped-roll moulding method, is to mould the raw rubber continuously after wrapping the rolls at a larger roll pitch (5~10mm) until the specified time. In the process of moulding without stopping, and many times cut the knife in order to facilitate heat dissipation and obtain uniform plasticity. It is suitable for blending with rubber and synthetic rubber which is easy to wrap rolls. This method of plasticizing time is shorter, easy to operate, low labour intensity, but the plasticizing effect is not ideal, manifested in the plasticity of the increase in the magnitude of small, plastic plastic plasticity of plasticizing rubber is not uniform.
