Effective, semi-effective vulcanisation system

Sulphur dosage is generally below 0.5 parts, commonly used amount is 0.35 parts, with a larger amount of accelerator, longer coking time is needed (super-rapid accelerator and after-effective and used together), the active agent should be used in sufficient amount of stearic acid (1-8 parts). There is almost no vulcanisation restitution, good vulcanisation uniformity, good heat resistance, low compression distortion and small heat generation. Disadvantages are poor flexural fatigue resistance and susceptibility to frosting. Although the formulation of effective vulcanisation system with high TMTD is widely used, the processing stability is poor, and the cut frost is serious.
