How does the size of vulcanising pressure affect the product performance and what are the pressurisation methods?

Usually the selection of vulcanising pressure should be based on the formulation of rubber, plasticity, product structure and other decisions, from the process considerations, the general principle is: plasticity is large, the pressure should be small; product thickness, the number of layers, the structure of the complexity of the pressure should be large; thin products should be small pressure or even available at atmospheric pressure.
High pressure and high temperature will accelerate the thermal degradation of rubber molecular chain, so too high pressure will make the rubber performance reduction, textile structure will be destroyed, while high pressure on the equipment is also very high requirements. If the pressure is too low, it will not achieve the purpose of pressurisation, and it will also cause quality problems such as lack of rubber, blisters and holes, and spongy shape of the product.
Vulcanisation pressurisation methods are usually as follows.
1) Hydraulic pump through the plate pressure vulcanising machine to transfer the pressure to the model, and then by the model to the rubber material.
2) Direct pressurisation by the vulcanising medium (e.g. steam).
3) Pressurisation by compressed air.
4) Pressure injection machine.
