What is one-stage mixing and what is two-stage mixing?

A section of mixing is the plasticizing rubber and a variety of agents (for some not easy to disperse or less amount of agents can be made in advance of the masterbatch) according to the requirements of the process one by one, that is, the masterbatch rubber mixing in the mixer, and then in the tablets on the press to add sulfur or other vulcanizing agents and some should not be added in the mixer super-accelerant. In short, a section of the mixing is not in the middle of the stop and complete the mixing at once.
The second stage mixing is to mix all kinds of cooperating agents except vulcanizing agent and super-accelerant evenly with raw rubber, make master rubber, cool down the piece and leave it for a certain period of time, and then add vulcanizing agent on the compacting or opening machine for supplementary processing.
